Abstract: The purpose of this case study is to discuss the importance of yearly holidays for employee satisfaction and how organizations can benefit from providing adequate holiday time. In the era of globalization and digitalization, organization have to adapt to change in order to remain competitive, so it's important to consider employees well-being and their work-life balance. This research aims to provide insight into the benefits of yearly holidays for employees and the wider organization, and to illustrate best practices for implementing yearly holiday policies. Keywords: yearly holidays, work-life balance, employee satisfaction, organization.

Introduction:
Yearly holidays are a crucial aspect of employee satisfaction and well-being, and in today's competitive market, it is critical for organizations to have a well-defined and holiday calendar competitive package of yearly holidays in order to attract and retain the best employees. With the increasing trend of globalization and what holiday is today digitalization, employees are working more and more, with extended work hours and increased pressure. Providing adequate time off is not a luxury but a necessity for employees to be able to recharge and restore their energy levels, thus increasing their productivity and efficiency. Furthermore, with the advancement of technology and the rise of remote work, employees have more flexibility in their work-life balance, so organizations need to adopt policies that cater to those needs of employees.

Methods:
This case study will provide a detailed analysis of the benefits of yearly holidays and best practices for implementing yearly holiday policies. The research will based on a combination of primary and secondary sources, including interviews with HR professionals, employees, and organization analytics. Additionally, the research includes a detailed analysis of different organizations policies and practices, in order to understand the impact of yearly holidays benefits and challenges on the organization.

Results:
The results of this study demonstrate that providing adequate yearly holidays can lead to improved employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being. Research has shown that employees who receive adequate time off are more likely to have a positive attitude towards their job, increased job satisfaction, and are more loyal to their organization. Providing competitive packages and flexible policies that cater to employees' personal and family needs will enhance employees' attitudes towards their job, leading to increased job satisfaction and retention. Therefore, organizations should look into their current policies and make necessary adjustments to ensure their employees have adequate time off and to promote a healthy work-life balance.

Discussion:
Providing adequate yearly holidays can enhance employees' satisfaction and retaining talents. The results of this study suggest that offering adequate yearly holidays can improve employees' job satisfaction and help in retaining talents. Preparing for yearly holidays should not be seen as just a cost but as an investment in employees' well-being and motivation. With the current trend of globalization and digitalization, it's important for organizations to understand and cater to unique personal and family needs of employees, in order to have a competitive edge in this highly competitive world of employment.

Recommendations:
Based on the findings of this research, organizations should:
  1. Ensure they provide adequate and flexible yearly holidays policies.

  2. Consider employees' unique personal and family needs

  3. Analyze and track the employment data of employees taking into account work-life balance policies

  4. Encourage employees to take their vacation entitlement. 5. Have a comprehensive and a deep understanding of the benefits and challenges that come with implementing work life balance policies
