Abstract: The purpose of this case study is to discuss the importance of yearly holidays for employee satisfaction and how organizations can benefit from providing adequate holiday time. In the era of globalization and digitalization, organization have to adapt to change in order to remain competitive, so it's important to consider employees well-being and their work-life balance. This research aims to provide insight into the benefits of yearly holidays for employees and the wider organization, and to illustrate best practices for implementing yearly holiday policies. Introduction:
Yearly holidays are a crucial aspect of employee satisfaction and well-being, and in today's competitive market, it is critical for organizations to have a well-defined and competitive package of yearly holidays in order to attract and retain the best employees. With the increasing trend of globalization and digitalization, employees are working more and more, with extended work hours and increased pressure. Providing adequate time off is not a luxury but a necessity for famous holidays employees to be able to recharge and restore their energy levels, thus increasing their productivity and efficiency. With the current trend of globalization and digitalization, it's important for organizations to understand and cater to unique personal and family needs of employees, in order to have a competitive edge in this highly competitive world of employment.
